•Meeting venue is located at the Airspace Conference Center, 1 st floor. A Tait staff member will be in the lobby to greet you upon arrival.

•We offer an optional tour after the day event on the 9 thof March. Feel free to enjoy the thrilling atmosphere of the museum before the dinner or have a short rest before our shuttle bus leaves the hotel at 6:30pm back to the AirSpace Convention Center/Museum.

•If you intend to arrive prior to the event, we recommend to book a room online or directly with the hotel ahead of time to be guaranteed the lowest price.
•If you are unable to attend please inform us of a possible replacement for yourself at least one week prior to the event so we can arrange any name changes. Please note that room charges cannot be covered by Tait if you cancel your attendance entirely.
•A shuttle bus will leave at the hotel lobby at 6:30pm at the day of the event to the conference center and leave from the dinner location at 11:00pm.
