  • Radio users to accept or decline tasks or put tasks on hold
  • Radio users to indicate when they have accepted, started and finished the task and send status updates
  • All updates, with times, to be logged and reported


Accountability and transparency. Ticketing makes it very obvious who should be doing what, who is performing well and where there are areas for improvement. It allows those responsible for managing the system to set KPIs and prove delivery or highlight issues. No more relying on passing of voice messages with job information that could be mis-understood or forgotten.
